I send the 1100 through Zelle, which it was received and cashed,
Afterwards they told me that I also needed a new thermostat and I should send them 810 through Zelle. The messaged me from their site telling me that the 810 did not come, I assured them that it will get there, which it did and they cashed it.
After that they said that will return after the parts get to the office and that they will email me a receipt . I never received it
All this happened in January 17, 2024
ON January 25 I called the company and was informed that they will call me after 5:00 PM. I never heard from them afterwards.
Called several times and send them messages and email, but never heard from them again.
Call Viking Company and they said that they did not know then and not sure how they got my phone number, etc.
