He quoted me $600 for the entire season with 3 equal payments on the following dates: (1) $200 by Nov. 15, 2025 (2) $200 by Jan. 15, 2025 (3) $200 by Mar. 2025. I made the first installment on Nov. 11, 2024 and I even signed an agreement he sent me via Lawdepot website.
He only serviced me once, last Dec. 4 but only after I reminded him via text.
There was another snowstorm Jan. 3 and 4 and he did not show up at all. I even reminded him the day before of the snow forecast but no response. He operates with 3 phone lines and he already deactivated his first line. No response at all via text or email even if we have an existing contract with my first payment covering the dates of Nov. 15 up to Jan. 15.
