Had a contract with this company for snow removal for the season, paid the fees upfront ($1017) They didn’t show up when the snow storm happened I called them few times to clarify when they will come to remove the snow from my property and every time they say will come shortly however they never showed up. The owner called after and he was apologetic explaining that the removed the snow from Another house by accident. He agreed to cancel the contract and refund the fees however this has not been done yet as promised. Was promised to receive the refund on February 15. I tried to contact them few times however still never received my refund.
