He accepted so I sent him a e-transfer from my BMO debit account. After words he kept on postponing the pool liner installation. All this happened May 30th of 2024. The installation was supposed to start mid June. He kept on postponing until August 3. I sent him several messages and phone calls. But he kept on ignoring me completely. It is now August 15, and I have lost my deposit of $1,000.
