Blair Jordan scam

Products on Marketplace.
Will take E transfers then ghost you without giving item's you paid for.
I ordered a hottub spa mother board and once he received the E transfer cut off communication. I am contacting Hamilton police fraud department and looking at small claims court which I am familiar with having been a landlord for 33 years. I hate thieves and plan on legally putting this one out of business and possibly behind bars. Any other victims want in on the proceedings or cout case your welcome to contact me

Scammer

As someone in the Hot tub service industry. I’ve had to go on minimum 50 calls that Blair had started, made worst, taken the payment and ghosted homeowners. Five other small business owners have reported the same! He is not qualified, he doesn't have accounts from suppliers. Majority of his parts are used and not working. This guy needs to be stopped before someone gets killed. This is electricity and water, it’s not a joke!

If you’ve got Scammed by Blair don't just brush it off. Report follow up, post it on your local FB community pages etc.

Total Scam Artist

I bought a used hot tub from Blair on Kijiji mid December 2023. The ad said the tub had been thoroughly tested including seals, motor and new heater. He also said it came with a 1 year warranty. After the tub was delivered and the front panel removed to connect it to power, it was evident this tub had never been tested by Blair. There were a total of 12 different connections both plumbing and electrical that were undone, disconnected, or completely missing. Blair is a total BS artist. I also got the ‘truck is in the shop’ excuse along with everything under the sun. I had to call him from a different number to get him to answer his phone. He swore up and done that he would show on a Saturday and would confirm on the Friday. Of course never to be heard from again. I spent an additional $1k getting this tub operational. Avoid this guy like the plague. He then also posted my old completely broken and leaky tub (that his guys removed) on Kijiji for $3500 the very next day.

Returned my message to his ad on kijiji for swimming pool installation. He did not ask for money up front but he booked a 2 day install requesting excavators to deliver screening and supply all equipment needed for installation. He confirmed this with us and the excavator. The first day he called the excavators (2 men) at 8am to say he would be here at 10am and just to move forward with smoothing and levelling the hole(already dug) and then to dump screening in hole and level that. He did not show and called me just before 11 to say his van broke down on side of the road and he could not make it. The excavators refused to dump the stone without his directions (as agreed upon) and lost 2/3 of the day which we had to pay. He convinced us and the excavation company he would be here the following day so they left the machines here so I would not be charged for time and haulage for 2days. He did not show, did not call, the following day. We paid $1000 for screening and an additiional $2000 to the excavators. for gas, mileage, 2 days lost work and haulage of stones, steer skid, tamper, mini excavator as per his request. He also attempted to get me to pay $2500 for equipment needed to hook up the pool. He used his supplier (kevin at Kingpools)in Hamilton , He sent me his name and the company name and told me to call and pay for the equipment so he could pick it up and bring it her on the day of installation. I did contact his supplier who sent me an invoice but we decided that we would purchase the equipment from a local supplier in case there were any warranty issues...we wanted someone local. This happened the day before the installation was booked and confirmed. After Blair did not show I contacted the supplier to tell him what was going on and he basically said I dragged him into this and did not care about what happened with Blair ( Hottub Guy/GTA Pools. I told him that I wanted him to be aware that his name and company were being used by Blair for very unsuspecting homeowners who could be targeted by this guy. He (Kevin at Kingpool) got very angry with me , called me a psycho and told me to leave him alone. Blair has complaints under GTA Pools , Hot Tub Guy and Blair Jordan.
