I hired J-Start Construction Inc. to convert my basement legal as per city of brampton's and ontario building code, I paid contractor an advance money to start the work but he took the money and never finished it as agreed. It has been more than 6 months and nothing has been done. I have reported this consumer protection and awaiting further response from them.
