Later we added a small divider wall in the garage and replacement of deck top wood and one set of stairs. For that additional work he was paid 4400.
Most of all the projects were never completed and he stopped answering my phone calls and text messages.
The siding that was supposed to be caulked and repaired was just painted over the old paint and the new paint (3 months later) is already coming off.
He didn’t paint the soffit and some other wood that was replaced.
He was supposed to touch up the paint in the garage door, front and side door but never did.
The deck was not finished, the screws were not covered and the job was not done very well. The stairs are crocked and the wood is already cracked.
I will need to hire another person to do all what he did wrong or didn’t finish.
