Alex from MAAR24 Appliance Repair, came to my home to look at a refrigerator that was not working properly. A service fee of $65.00 was initially paid. Once the assessment was over we were told the part needed would cost $331 to order. We paid this amount via interac in November of 2022 to Alexander Nikulin. Alex informed us that due to inventory delays we should get the part in January 2023. January 2023 called to follow up and was told we did not pay, showed evidence that we paid and then was told the part would arrive soon. Called again in February and was asked whether we ordered a part from them, at this stage I was furious and demanded return of our payment for the part. Since then each time we call, the secretary says " we have two Alex here, I am not sure how long it will take, but do what you want and report to whomever you want. The number we have been calling is 647-303-4997.

To date April 12 2023 no money has been returned or part received.
