Two individuals going door to door offering Pressure Washing, Repair, Sealing and Sanding of interlock stone. An agreed upon price was established for the work which was estimated to take a few days - This was captured on video/audio security camera. The two individuals proceeded to pressured washed the interlock stone and cemented a few lose stones which took approx. 3hrs. Then they started to add sand to the interlock and stopped half-way through the job and told me that they'll be completed that same day. When I questioned how all of this could happen? he responded "the sealing was the sand". After this disagreement in work and price, he told me that I agreed to this and that it was me who misunderstood. I did pay them for 1/3 of the job and the two workers abruptly left. The two workers said that they'll be back tomorrow to finish the sanding and no sealing will be done... Later I replayed the footage from my security camera and clearly see and hear that I was correct.
