Professional scam artist!
This guy has no morals and has no problem ripping people off and taking their hard earned money.
We have lost so much money to him and still have a huge bill ahead of us to fix his 'work' and replace materials that he helped himself to. We are planning to file a civil suit in the hopes that it stops it from doing it to anyone else.

Very quickly into the job, we started realizing this person doesn’t actually know how to do any of this work.
Having never hired a contractor before, we tried to ‘trust the process’
This person left us, over the Christm[censored]idays with no sink, no shower, no tub(leaked into the basement), no toilets(leaked into the basement too) and no heat!
When address to him, there was no concern that there was raw sewage flowing into our basement and told him we no longer want him to proceed and to remove his things from our property. He told us not to judge an unfinished job.
He stuck tiles right onto the 2x4s of the frame in our bathroom, no water barrier of any kind! Not even drywall!
I have tons of pictures of the horrible, unsafe state he left our home in.
We had another family come to our door to warn us about him as he just did the same thing to them too. Leaving them with no means to fix the mess as they can’t afford to get another load now.
As far as we could investigate, the only business he has listed is his detailing one. He has been collecting HST from people as well but doesn’t have an actual number to do so. He’s just stealing people’s money and getting away from it.
As a consumer, I am very surprised that the ‘General Contractor’ isn’t a protected title by now. The public should be protected and although they say buyer beware, when there’s no where to search safely for this stuff, it’s just setting people like us, up for failure and to be scammed by these people.
People can not afford to just throw away such big amounts of money and these people, using this title, is leaving such a big area for people to scam people.
If the general contracting title was protected, not everyone should just be able to deem themselves that, eliminating a huge portion of the public that is being scammed by these people.
Thanks for your time,
