On December 1, 2023. Ernest agreed to complete plumbing work(he states that he was a licensed Plumber) which consisted of running a new water line (pipe) from inside a house to the outside. He asked for a $9,000 deposit. The agreement was made and Ernest wrote and signed his name and cashed the checks on December 4, 2023 ($4500. each). It is now September 2024 and Ernest has not seen again. Because of Ernest’s actions, a 5-year-old child had to be uprooted because his home was left without heat and water right before the holidays. NOW he refuses to return the money because this information has been posted online showing his true character.
