We contacted Matthew in October 2023 to create drawings required for a permit for a multi family building in Colborne. The total cost of the drawings are $10,000 with a deposit that was made of $5,650 on Nov 17,2023. He came to site to get his required measurements , see the space and meet us at the end of November.

Since then , we have not received any drawings from Matthew. We have attempted to call him multiple times, have sent multiple emails. He will not respond. He gave us a BCIN # that is fake. Completely invalid. We contacted the governing body for architects and they said they do not have a registered /licensed architect by his name in their system.

This guy is claiming to be an architect to get peoples money with no plans to ever fulfill his duties. He’s got other reviews on Google that state the same thing.
