Told me they were roofers working in the house behind mine and saw that I had serious issues with my roof
They were very pushy and urged me to allow them to get on the roof and take pictures
I did allow it and the man showed me two broken tiles and when he came down, showed me pictures of exposed wood that was badly damaged.
Told me it was an emergency and he could do the work for $4500
I hesitated and said I needed time to think
He took my number and said he works call me after talking to his boss
I asked my friend to go on the roof and he saw that my roof had been vandalized /shingles had been torn off
There was no wood damage, but now the area was exposed and I had to get the shot Myles replaced
