It's a fake video its filmed in the States using some other Company doing the work.

RoadRock Paving does not exist, the same crew are working out of the Original Address they used. 1431 Wallace Road, Oakville, ON L6L 2Y1, CA. 416-822-4817 & 905-465-1661.
The building is AC & C Electric. Owned by Carlos Da Silva a convicted Fraudster, this info is available on Service Ontario web site.
So Tom Kelly and Bob Howard are working out of the Oakville building.
Give them a call.

Well this site sucks other than people can post the scam. But you do nothing to help.
I have tried to contact them your links to their email either are fake or you do not give a [censored] to forward my email to them.
I have concrete evidence of the scammers who they are and where they live, but your site is useless if you don't forward the information. I go to court in 10 days to retrieve my losses. Why would I sign up you do nothing but sell the info.

Same experience as noted above. Wish I would have seen it sooner. It is a family owned company. Bob Howard is a good salesman with lots of promises. Do not hire them

Fly by night paving company being operated by 3 young Newfoundlanders. My contract states all work fully guaranteed for 5 years, once this group left our place they have not come back to fix their problem areas. One excuse after another. They are extremely rushed and the damage left behind proves this. There was garbage everywhere left from the workers. Do not let these guys fool you. Their website is a joke with very little information and many similarities to other crooked paving companies. The companies address given on our contract is registered to an electrical company. Theses guys are scammers..

We got a quote made up from this company to pave our driveway, they gave us a contract with the job description. They showed up without notice to begin work. One week after the driveway was paved, the weeds starting growing through, we also noticed they did not do the straight edges as mentioned in the contract, amongst other things. We took pictures and tried to contact the company at different times with no answer.

RoadRock paying did my driveway on july 12/2023 in Chelmsford ontario. They consisted of a group of about 8 Mexican workers and 3 white guys supposedly from newfoundland. A taller heavier guy bobby a shorter rather large guy with tight jeans and brown hair and and younger more physically fit cousin. The short round one was playing on his phone while using the skid steer and ran into my metal fence badly damaging it. I subtracted a 200$ charge from the total they gave me for that. Now at the sides of the driveway near the border curb they didn't clear the weeds or put anywhere near enough asphalt and the weeds are now growing up through. I have text and called them many times with no response luckily im in construction and have the ability to fix it myself Further note Bobby promised a 27L barrel of the driveway sealer which has not appeared

Yesterday at 6 pm a male showed up in our driveway driving Ont lic BW78629. He said that he could pave our driveway for $ 6000.00 using surplus paving. 3 inches thick with 5 years warranty and that we had to decide quickly. I told him that I wanted a written contract to look at. He said that fist we needed to verbally agree to have the job done. I told him I needed time to think about it. He said he would be back in half an hour. I said I needed more time he said they were paving a driveway on my street and they would be there for another hour and a half. I drove by and saw the following vehicles parked on the side of the road: Ontario licence BW76261, BW49014 or BW49614 ( with sign on door “Roadrock Paving) and Ont licence CXEJ765. I took some photographs of the vehicles and workers on scene ( several workers in driveway who all turned around while I was taking their photo in attempt to disguise their faces. After taking the picture the same male driving Ont lic BW78628 spoke to me and was upset that I was taking a photograph of his vehicle. I asked him for I’d and he refused to provide one. Approx 5 minutes later I returned in my driveway and two men that were at the paving site showed up inquiring why I was taking photographs. I informed them that I wanted to investigate them further and not to worry if they were legit. One of the men provided me a leaflet “ ROADROCK Paving 1431 Wallace Road Oakville ON L6 L2Y1. Ph # 905-955-6193. I inform them that I had called the local police. Approximately 15 minutes later. I observed all ROADROCK Paving crew leaving the driveway of the residence that they were working at. I went to speak to the occupants of the house in question. I was informed that the workers gave them their $3200 deposit back and told them they had to leave due to an emergency and that they would be back tomorrow am. I performed some open source internets searches on 1431 Wallace Road. and google map shows an unmarked building with last tenant registered at the address as AC & C Electric Ltd. Late this morning I noticed that the paving crew have not returned to the work site as promised earlier
