Was a restoration company used by insurance company. Was told if we did partial part of the 11000 job we could upgrade aspects of our home . Did not reveal monetary values of each portion of work . We did 2/3 of job ,then got monetary version of the bill . Parts that were covered became extras . Claimed there were trailers on site that never came , negative air machine that wasn't on site,plumber that wasn't here ,but they submitted a bill. Plumbing issues were caused by the drywall contractors carelessness. Drywall staff also painted into a wall that wasn't to be touched, causing us to repaint 3 walls . Used my supplies to do the work, both I was told it was a "favor " to me. Slopped paint on an freshly etched floor causing hours of work on our part. (30hrs ) to get it ready for paint causing additional labor because they just walked away . New freezer around 2000 to purchase was dented scratched stair runners have 2 dents in each one. Tore flooring in the front . And on and on. Moving forward the bill remained the same. For 12000, was told there will a lein put on my house if I didn't pay
