James McCue provided a written estimate for trimming some trees on my property. He said it would take 5 days and he demanded half of the fee upfront in cash. He took $5000 in cash from me, came for a few hours over 2 days but didn’t even complete 1/10 of the job, then disappeared and would not respond to texts or phone calls.
