I gave money to Underwood Roofing and they never returned to do the work. Two man from Underwood Roofing came to my door and told me that they were working on two properties on my street and noticed that my solar panels and raccoons had seriously damaged my flat roof to the point that the panels might fall into my house. My roof had leaked a small amount of rain in the last big rainfall so, I thought they were right. They put a ladder up and said they would take a video and show me the problem. They brought down a 4 inch piece of rotten would and repeated the danger of the roof. They need cash to buy supplies and would start the next day at 10:00am I gave cash. They never returned. I spoke to them on the phone, sent multiple texts, and sent a registered letter. No luck. It turns out that the leak was caused by an overflow from my eavestrough, not from the flat roof.
