Booked air duct cleaning with this company. They sent a subcontractor who upcharged and forced add on services. Service was only supposed to be 99 but total was $310. I raised this issue to the person who booked the service on Instagram and they said they’ll speak to the technician and get back. I’ve followed up multiple times and I’ve received a response from the company that this subcontractor took money and ran away. I’ve asked for a refund, but the company is not willing to refund the $210 extra that was paid.
