William came to our house, assessed the property for a quote to clear the snow for the 2022/2023 winter season. He wrote and signed a contract for the amount of $406.80, and required up-front payment. Since the beginning of the season, he came after one snowfall, partially cleared the snow and has never returned. There have been several significant snowfalls since, and we have given him several opportunities to honour his arrangement, but we have only been met with excuses. First his truck broke down, then he was out of the city on a job for multiple weeks. He said he would arrange for someone else to come and clear the snow, but no one ever showed up. We have been issued warnings from the city since we left the snow for the 24hr SLA that William promised. While he states explicitly that he is not responsible for city notices, we could have avoided it if we knew he was never going to show up.

In the end, he took our money and did not render services.
