Back in Feb, Window medics showed up to assess our window and told us we need to replace the transom window. He asked that a deposit be made to the amount of 1299.50 on Feb 14, 2024. We were told that it will take 6 weeks. It has now been 3 months and they no longer replies to our calls. After doing some research online, it appears that this company has scammed many people in Ottawa. Nasir took the deposit and never delivered the promised product. This company is a complete fraud.
