Door to door fake "construction company" that loads up their trucks with poor quality materials, then goes door to door with their trucks and crew pretending to be in the area with extra asphalt. They make a cash deal, do a terrible job (no levelling of road, or sealing after. basically just dumping broken up road material and rolling it a bit) and then ghost the customer completely. No contact, no answer. Irish accents.
