Scammer offering concrete services. Took our $3000 deposit and never showed up. Excuse upon excuse but no work done. He's impossible to reach. Hides behind text promising to return deposit but never happens. We learned he's scammed others in same way for thousands of dollars. We've reported to police and are pursuing civil action.
