Posed as roofer/contractor, became romantically involved, asked me for money over time promising to remodel 2 bathrooms and a deck. Gave him money to do, he gutted everything then said he needed more money to finish the job, costing me double the amount and the jobs were never completely finished. THen he used my address and name in other business dealings he did the same thing. He scammed people by taking down payments and never showing up for the job. He is on the run from police in NY and CT. Arrest warrant is out for him in New Britian CT
