I’ve never used “Homeinstock.com”. I recently received 2 boxes of wipes, hand sanitizers etc. I have not ordered from them or heard of them. In the package return address is a company called UGD from Chino, CA No phone # and is a closed building. How can I get these packages that I haven’t ordered STOPPED. I am 70 yrs old and need help.

I got scammed too! Been waiting since early April for my $97 worth of hand sanitizer, masks, disinfectant and today got an email telling me to be patient, gave me a “tracking number” that when I clicked it, was not a tracking number for any delivery service. Live and learn. There is a special place in H-LL for folks that do this.

This website professes to provide items to assist in the pandemic such as hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes, masks, etc. However, you NEVER receive the items you order. I placed an order over 6 weeks ago. It never came so I contacted their customer service department. They kept telling me it was on the way and I should wait a little longer. I have requested my money back as I have never received the items I purchased, and they will not return my money. Crap scammers!

This place is crap! It takes a very disgusting person/company to take advantage of others during a worldwide pandemic! I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I contacted customer service MULTIPLE times and every single time, they just kept saying it’s been shipped and to please wait a little longer. Now they are saying it’s my local shipping company’s fault and they won’t return my money! Scammers! Don’t buy from them!

I ordered 50 face masks. The web-site description and picture of the mask described and showed the mask with over the ear loops. I received the masks, but they have ties on them, not over the ear loops. I sent an email right away about this, telling them I wanted to return the masks because they were not as advertised and that they needed to pay the return shipping. It has been over 2 weeks since I sent the email and I have not received any response. Do not buy from this web-site. I have a snapshot of the website screen that shows and describes the masks as having over the ear loops, which is not what I received.

I ordered several items totally about $178 at homeinstock online two weekends ago. I haven't received my order since then and have never heard or never get an email from homeinstock. No phone number and no address at homeinstock so I can't contact them about my order. They never email me for confirmation about my order.

Their site looked legitimate and I purchased $147 of cleaning products. My account was immediately billed (under fashionfab out of China/Korea) but I never received a confirmation email nor the product. I registered when purchasing, but my email and password do not work, thus you can never get your order number...if there ever was one. Yet one more reason to hate China post covid-19. Spread a virus and then a scam to make money off of it...classic.

Never received my order been over a week. Money came out of account right away stopped card and got a new one right away. This company needs to have charges put against them for stealing money and giving you a confirmation number. Also never received a delivery date. Someone take action. I will back you. this vendor goes by a multitude of different names..all based in Hong Kong...somehow cookies are left on all your devices with the hope that you will bite at the offer. All names have the same products. One needs to look at the FAQs and wonder why they have verbiage that all transactions are in USD...not only will you be out of the money you spent but there is also a currency fee charge. I feel sorry for the credit card companies the amounts are usually too small to dispute but if you multiply the small amounts by the number of transactions what do you get?

I was scrolling down looking for T.Vs to buy and I seen the little tiny hand sanitizers which is the only thing I need rn going out. I first was appalled not only by the prices which I feel are steep for what they are actually giving you, the bundle said get through the virus together* with the towels saying a reassuring message of “”super clean 100%”” when lysol doesnt even say that its 99.999999999% untill you figure out the unknown? Then its really tricky because most stuff is “marked down” x100 count gloves are 5-10 dollars at a store near me, the wipes are 5-10 dollars with a google search, and the wipes are 2.67 on one website i searched (each). so to me it seems the add sayin were in stock of hand sanitizer draws people to see prices “”marked down”” the site having stock, and bundles my worry is misinformation (wipes & prices) and a person stocking up off this website for his family with his stimulus check and he gets wipes that are pointless and ripped off

I did a search for where to find sanitizer. Target was one of the sites. Do I went there to order sanitizer. Some how Home in stock poped up. I was not aware I had left Target site. I placed an order for sanitizer. it said I would get an email with shipping info. I never got the email, so I investigated and reslized I didn't order from Target but Homeinstock instead. There is no way to contact them an the site says by my account I do not have an order.

Ordered hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes from company called Aphroditechic on 4/2/20. My credit card was charged immediately by Fabfashion from Hong Kong but have not received any notice of my items being shipped to date. I noticed an ad for Home In Stock company while on Twitter that looked similar to the Aphroditechic ad. Sure enough, their websites are identical. Website says they will respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Not true. Tracker to look up your order on website does not work. Do not order from either of these companies!

Ordered toilet paper on line on 4/16/20 from this company. No email response on order. Appears to be located in Hong Kong. My credit card company is disputing the charge and has credited my credit card back the full amount pending any response from this company. MasterCard gives them 90 days to respond or ship merchandise. This appears to be a fraudulent company. Beware.

On 04/14/2020, I ordered from a site called Home In Stock. Order consisted of 2 bottles of hand sanitizers, 5 pcs of medical face masks and 1 bottle it says however it is a container of wet wipes totaling $67.97 shipping $7.99 total $75.96 all for my son. After the order, I felt something was not right. After looking further into the site, it appeared not legitimate. I called my credit card bank and found out that the charge is made to FAB Fashion, Ltd. and the charge is pending and was told to dispute when the charge goes through. Again, the same day I called my credit card company again after e-mailing the so called company to cancel my order. No reply at all. Today on 04/15/2020 I called the credit card company again and lo and behold, I was able to speak with a representative that suggested to cancel my card and get a replacement with a new number after I told her about this site with complaints. She ended up telling me that she knew about this fraudulent company and that is why she suggested to change my card. FAB did not get my money. Yeah! Moving forward, I will be extra careful and only purchase from companies I know.
