I was in the market to purchase a Shih Tzu puppy, saw this web site it was very believable, I contacted them by filling out a form for them to contact me. A man named Chris Stacks phone we had conversation about the puppy spoke for a while, than I wanted to reserve the puppy and was told I needed to send a deposit of $400.00 towards the 800.00 purchase price. I did send that through Zells. After some strange happenings and texting back and with no response right away I started to realize I was scammed. I actually saw the same dog on line being sold by another breeder with same pictures and backgrounds in picture. I contacted Chris told him what I saw and he gave me a story of his business was being hacked and not to speak to those other people and to stay calm, that's when I realized this was a scam.
