The scammers are named Jason Adam Moore and Cindy Espaderos with "Home Owners Approved ", they are not a real business or licensed company but try to look legit. Their scam is to bid your job, verbally tell you its a 50% deposit however their generic contract they have you sign says 75% deposit. So they schedule the job, string you along for weeks with excuses when they dont show up, drop a minimal amount of materials and know that once ANY materials are dropped anything from that point for is considered civil not criminal. This is where they turn on you, claiming "you" broke the contract and didnt pay the correct deposit. Then they make you pay in full or find someone else for the job as they say theyll bring the rest of the materials that are "sitting in their yard" but they dont ever come, they then steal all your money or deposit only in my case, threaten your life with Mexican mafia and yelling and screaming call you awful names and lie in any way possible to justify stealing from you! They also profiled me and made claims by my appearance that i couldnt afford the job and i was a tattooed [censored] with no money! After speaking to the police , they were very aware of this scam and would not file a police report because they said no criminal activity was done, so stealing and threatening someones life is not a crime apparently in AZ.....SMH....there is more to the story if anyone is interested ?
