M*********** owner of excell crf LLC was reach out to do some home improvement work prior to my PCS out side of the United States. Told me he would repair and place drywall damage, sand and stain floors, and replace new floor treads on my stairs throughout my house. At the time I was confident in his work that I gave him $1800 cash to start. Mr.Lee was very unprofessional with communication to me and never showed up when he said he would. Would leave shortly after getting not completing any thing in the entirety. He sanded the middle of my living room leaving the edge of the living room still with old stain / finish. The drywall repair was put up with the first coat of mud never made it to sanding it. And now is refusing to provide me with a receipt for the materials and work he did do. Also won’t reply on when I can get a refund. Now I’m out $1800 and have to find someone to redo all of his work which is now costing me more then I have. I’m moving across the world this man took has taken advantage of my kindness. Beware do not use M*********** in the Hampton roads.

The lady said she was calling from a home improvement company about her call went like this "Hello my name is ???? I am calling about work on your house, can you hear me ok, My respond was Yes and I am not interested, after had said that I realized it might be a scam The (HELLO CAN YOU HEAR ME) ONE I called my local police Dept and they directed me to the ScamPulse.com scam alert. their phone # 269-575-3078
