I received a call just now from 216-749-8496. He was offering home improvements ~ whatever I needed. I told him I was not interested, that I had already done all my improvements within the last 5 years. He persisted, and when I told him I wasn't interested again, he hung up. I tried calling back the same number to tell them I was on the do-not-call list and to remove me immediately, the call was answered by Kaiser Permanente Home Care Agency. They said to press "1" or "2". Either one lead to a rapid busy signal. I am guessing they are BOTH scams.
