I have applied for one of their properties paid the application fee & make way over 3 times the rent & they keep asking for more & more documents to verify income & other things. When I try to speak to someone they never answer the phone or emails. I’ve received 2 call backs stating that my application is complete but they haven’t sent an approval instead the Underwriter keeps asking for more documents. On top of all that they charged me twice for an application fee & have yet to issue my refund

Was just contacted by Home River group saying my lease has been taken over and I need to go to website to set up account. I am close enough with my landlord who uses a local realtor for lease. Realtor is the county commissioner and I know the owner well. Don't fall for this scam. Nasty. Wish they didn't have my email.

I was supposably hired on as vendor contractor and did work for them and have not received payment $1,000. This was in Philadelphia PA. The place that I worked on my contact Jessica Moyer told me that the brand new stove was stolen from the place and I was to deliver and install the new one ...now im seeing why the old one was stolen.

I am the legitimate owner of 1113 Butternut Lane in O'Fallon, Illinois 62269. This property management group out of San Antonio, Texas has listed my home on their site and on Facebook as a property they manage. They are charging a $65 non-refundable application fee on their website. WE list on For Military By owner and on Zillow. The actual rent is $1800 and we never charge an application fee.
