Homes4Dinero entered into a real estate contract that they never intended to move forward with. The representative Rinaldo called and emailed me several times to get an offer accepted immediately and then did not follow through with the contract. The sellers of the home were mislead to believe that they were under contract with a reputable buyer and stopped advertising the home for sale. Homes4Dinero was required to submit a deposit of $5,000 as an earnest money deposit and did not and said they had no intention to.
