I have had three incidents where I cleaned and didn’t get payed and couldn’t communicate with them through texts or emails all of a sudden. And was tooken off the schedule it’s frustrating I have before and after photos but still no one answers it’s really not right and should be more professional about settling out disputes.

Never use this cleaning company as it is a complete scam and rip off for the cleaning you will receive. My mom had order them since I am 9 months pregnant and not able to clean detailed areas or the bathroom cause of cleaning chemicals. She paid $320 for a 4 hour clean and the cleaner didn’t even clean the toilet, bathtub, window seals, and baseboards. Which is unacceptable for the price we paid and our house being less than 1,000sqft . They then sent the same lady out to address all the missed areas which was extremely awkward, and no fault to this cleaner because she was nice and respectful and did do a decent job the second time around. I more have an issue with this company and not even being able to leave a review of them anywhere on the internet besides this scam site. Overall a complete rip off for what we paid for and disappointed that I am not able to leave a review more places than here.

Never use this cleaning service. The fact there is no place to leave a review for this company besides this scam site says it all. My mom hired through them since I am 9 months pregnant and not able to get to all the detailed cleaning or clean the bathroom because of cleaning chemicals. She spent $320 for a 4 hour clean of a 900sqft home and this company only sent one person out for that price and they didn’t clean the bathtub, toilet, window seals, baseboards. And then when I emailed my complaint they said my house was so disorganized they had to do a level 1 hoarding clean up which is crazy since we are far from hoarding and the house looked the exact same , and for that price even if my house was a level 1 hoarding they should still clean the bathtub and window seals. After my complaint they sent the same lady out to finish all of the areas that were missed which is extremely awkward. Thankfully she did address the areas that were missed but was still not worth the price we paid for this cleaning it was the bare minimum of what should’ve been cleaned and this company must have pocketed so much of that $320 then to only send out one person. I felt bad cause my mom was just trying to do something nice before our baby is due and this whole situation was unprofessional and a complete rip off.

I cleaned a home and it took me hours I agreed on 225 payment the client was who first contacted me and because of that I’m being punished for rule violation and now it’s escalated to Homespotless is saying I have threatened the client harassed the client and demanded money from the client False all of it and now the police are involved this place ripped me off and is now slandering me with false information I see I’m not the first to have this happen I’d say there’s a pattern here and this place should be shut down

I worked for homespotless and worked 6hrs on a job and have not been paid I also had job scheduled for a week I changed all my appointments so I could do this particular job the the nite before they removed it from my schedule all the emails were sent back to me all of a sudden their emails were not working and also a customer got in touch with me so they fired me and they lied saying I asked the customer for a review when I absolutely did not I told the customer that was a reason my pay was delayed because she didn’t leave a review the lady that returned my cm told me this flat out and she was very rude this place doesn’t care about their employee and I too will join the court proceeding if they don’t pay me it’s already two days past the pay date and now I’m fired please do not become a victim of homespotless

Home spotless claimed that they were sending 2 cleaners to our home each time they came- and each time one older lady showed up alone. Their employee even thought someone was coming to help her! They are liars. The cleaner didn't even have time to clean our kitchen any of the times she came. She was so nice and we felt bad for her. Home spotless cancelled our recurring cleaning 2 weeks ago and now today they charged us because they said we were on their schedule for this week. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. HOME SPOTLESS company is a total scam. You can't even leave a google review yet they say on theie website they are google verified.

Dear Kurt and Mary,

We're reaching out to address some miscommunication regarding your recent cleaning service

There seems to have been some confusion about the initial booking. Kurt scheduled a cleaning focusing on the showers, but it appears the appointment was canceled by the Wife without his knowledge . We understand this might have been frustrating not having full knowledge of the booking and cancels amongst you two.

Upon reviewing the initial request, it seems a deep clean for the showers was desired due to hard water marks and soap [censored] buildup. Our confirmation email confirmed one cleaner would be dispatched.

The first cleaner, Pro M. Swan, spent six hours at your property and successfully restored the showers to your satisfaction. However, Pro M. Swan also reported additional tasks requested during the cleaning that weren't included in the original booking. Additionally, the property was larger than the 3,000 square feet mentioned at booking. Kurt confirmed an extension of 2000 square feet.

During the second visit, a party at the property unfortunately limited access for Pro M. Swan, but they still completed the job.

The issue arose when we notified you of a declined payment and the need to adjust the rate based on the actual home size. Dispatching two cleaners for the third visit was discussed at that time. However, the day of the third visit Unfortunately, the last service was canceled on short notice, resulting in a cancellation fee as per our policy.

I was told by “Home Spotless” that a highly vetted crew of ladies would clean my house. The first individual lady arrived almost 2 hours late, the second one (who was on drugs) arrived 45 minutes late. The First Lady cleaned well but wasn’t able to finish because we gave an appointment but she would have finished if she wasn’t 2 hours late (the lady in charge said it was my fault for leaving). Back to the second cleaner: she used a broom on my carpeted stairs, didn’t touch the kitchen or mirrors in the home, and a container of a mystery white granular substance was found allover my bed, surfaces and floor. She did not mop the downstairs or dust or vacuum the couches or touch the dishes. All of these things I was promised over the phone when I signed up. We had a huge mess to clean up and had to clean all the above things that were not. I called wanting to cancel and after I called the lady on the phone said it was already done for “dishonest complaints”. She was incredibly rude and was like talking to a disrespectful child and when I said I had photos she talked over me. I was afraid to have my small child near this drugged out lady in my house and I beg everyone not to use this serves. This lady only calls you if you need to pay, but ignored all the othe voicemails I left asking where the workers were when they were hours late. Shady!

We understand that the cleaner arrived late but completed the work to your satisfaction, although you requested them to finish early. In the future, to ensure a smooth experience, please note that changes to the scope of work need to be made at least 24 hours before the service day to avoid any adjustments to the balance, as per our Home Spotless policy.

Regarding the Second Service:

Our records show that the cleaner spent five hours cleaning your home on the second visit. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding their behavior. Upon investigation, we learned the contractor may have had a reaction to something in your home, potentially related to pets/cats.

I was hired with Spottless Home cleaners . They sent me lead that i would get paid $450 after the clean was complete. I was able to log on with them and thru ZenBook..
I traveled 40 minutes to the house and back. Used my own gas , own supplies etc.
Took me 5 hours to clean the house . I did everything that was on the list. Took and sent pictures. Went to log in when i ws done ,couldnt, no phone number ,address nothing.The email was not working. Finally someone answere me and said it was cleaned. So i was not geting paid. Im taking them to court

I googled maid cleaning services and found home spotless. Initially I was able to click on their website and book a service through them, but now there is no website. I called them to ask questions and verify the service that I was looking for and they responded promptly. I received an estimate email, and a confirmation email detailing the time and location of service. The day of the service they claimed to show up several hours early to the address and left because no one was there. I called the business letting them know their maids were a no show and they said they would issue me a full refund along with a cancellation email. It has been over 2 weeks and I have still not received a refund. I’ve called them multiple times since and they no longer answer my phone calls.
