I received a letter in the mail saying my home warrantee was not up to date. The letter stated "Final Notice" and to call to make sure I didn't lose coverage. I called my lender, Homewise, to inquire and make sure my home warrantee was up to date as they are the ones who pay our home warrantee from escrow. They confirmed it was so I called the number on the letter and told them I was covered and to remove all my info from their system. The letter really made it seem like I hadn't paid a bill and it was the final notice before I lost my services. This is unacceptable and a person less prepared than myself may have started services with a company and not even know it. Please shut these scammers down!
