Many, many mailings that look very legit, referencing bank that I did obtain a mortgage through. The letters seem threatening, including "final warning," etc. Included a check which included an endorsed line on back, in the amount of 199.00. In googling this mailing, others stated that if cashed, this would auto-enroll person into a mortgage warranty program, which none of the mailing clearly referenced. Letter also does not include any company name or address, and comes affixed with a bald eagle seal, making it seem very official. Referred to Home Federal Bank whom I did use for loan services

Tear-and-unfold mailer arrived with a "waiver" for $199 "to inform you about an important matter regarding the property at [address on record] secured by your current lender which is [lender on record]. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. Please Call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU"

Address side shows a bulk mail stamp "MAILED FROM ZIP CODE 33431" and "U.S. POSTAGE PAID PERMIT NO. 1535" as well as warnings that "THIS NOTICE IS TIME SENSITIVE: SENT ON [date]" and "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED"
