Letter with threatening urgency to contact this persin about soon to be expired home warranty. I called and a man said I could not speak to Wade Grant as he did not take calls and as I persisted to ask for Wade Grant the man became flippant. I gave him the supposed customer ID and was put on hold then disconnected. I found the same issue had happened to another person.
