Received letter - no company name or address listed on the front - stating it was time sensitive information for the mortgagee only. Said letter is to inform about an important matter regarding the property at (had my address listed) secured by Classified for Privacy. To call immediately as this is the final attempt to notify - 1-800-260-6828 CST. Had attached a supposed check noted a Allocated Waiver $199.00 with signature required for redemption. It had no company name or address on it either. Please note that it had the correct mailing address but the name(s) it was addressed to were the names on the form my lawyer presented to the court/recorder's office due to change of will. The postal stamp read it was zip 33431 and was a postage paid permit no. 1535

Letter was addressed to my mother who is deceased. I called the number to have her removed from their mailing list. They were extremely rude. I told them they were rude and they should let me finish speaking. Continued to be rude so I hung up. Called again later and spoke to another individual who was also rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no one available. I requested contact info for the supervisor and they would not provide it. I requested the name of the company and they told me they did not have to give it to me.

Letter heading was New Home Warranty, Home Warranty Dept.
