Home warranty services Letter stated: "this is to inform you that the property's home warranty, at (my home address) secured by sikorsky finl. Cu, may be expiring or may have already expired. Please call immediately as this is the final attempt to notify you 1-877-670-3352". I was not aware of this warranty and asked for acopy; the person I talked to hung-up on me. The credit union is not award of any home warranty required to secure a loan, and I was told to contact the BBB.
