I received a targeted Instagram ad for Halloween candle decor. I ordered the item on 9/16 when I saw the website stated 7-12 business to receive the product and the address in LA. On 9/18 I received a shipping notification and it showed it was shipping from China. I followed up on 10/6 and they said there was a delay, but it was in route. I followed up again today after seeing no change and they said the website was under maintenance but on its way still. It has been over a month since the tracking stated it had been shipped, but nothing has changed. Went back to read reviews (shows 4.5 stars), but they all talk about having been scammed.
