My son got the information from a friend and asked me to order a set of tools from the company for him. I ordered the tools and received a copy of the order and tracking info. Shortly afterwards, my son received a cheap Gucci wallet knockoff from the same company. I contacted them to inform them of the error and I was informed that they would be shipping out a replacement. Subsequently, four times later, they still couldn’t seem to get the replacement delivered. They kept sending me tracking info that said the shipment was returned because there was no addressee. I thought that was strange, as they had no trouble delivering the wallet to the proper address. I finally realized that I had been scammed and asked for a refund. That was in May. The first several responses were, how about we refund 60%, 80%, etc. I kept insisting on a full refund. I haven’t received a refund nor have I received any further answers to repeated emails.

Ordered tools online from homedepoten for 66.32 got email for confirmation but have never received anything and out the money
