This company is engaging in "slamming", where customers electric providers are switched without their explicit consent. I got a letter on 10/15/24 stating I have been "automatically enrolled in the program as a City of Wood River resident" However, when I talk to Wood River City Hall employees they state it is not something they authorized. This predatory company is trying to be a middle man to Ameren, and charging 0.09054 per kWh compared to Ameren which is 0.06808 per kWh. This is a 33% increase for the same exact product! After waiting 30 minutes on hold the representative for this company was aggressive, continually insisting I stay enrolled. Horrible scam company that must be shut down.
