I purchased some merchandise from Gardensart.com for $55.46 back in May of 2024 and never received the merchandise. I have sent them several messages and the reply saying the merchandise got lost in the mail so they offered to give me half my money back and I said no I wanted all my money back. Til this day I haven't received my money back them. I have several emails also to support my claim against this company

I viewed a photo of cement garden planters captioned “Last Day Sale”. I clicked on it and found innumerable garden items marked down from original price. Free shipping was offered. There was no indication items were shipped from China. I searched for a resin fountain. I viewed a video of fountain being assembled. Additionally, I ordered a small statue of Madonna and child. I received an email thanking me and a tracking number to monitor. I saw that it was said to have been delivered, immediately reporting that it was not. The scammer swears that the shipping company reports it delivered. Not so! USPS denies the tracking number ever being in their system and reports tracking #AT381092396CN as being invalid.
