I placed an order for a Butterball 20100809 18lb-Capacity Electric Oil-Free Turkey Fryer on November 18, 2022. The WEB site showed "10+ in stock". My bank account shows that the amount of $158.19 on 11/20/22. ORDER HG3299-10823 for Item #: PTR-MAST20100809. My order is still not fulfilled due to some shipping container problem that they stated. Last responce from [email protected] (Peazz) stating accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. The new ETA is always days later of the month. Here it is February of 2023. I looked up the address and it is some small shopping center of Diamond Mail & Shipping located at Towne Centre Village. The account created for this order I'm unable to login or it does not exist anymore. The "View your order" page states "the checkout page you're looking for does not exist".

Website for ordering seems legit, then only after inquiring did I get email reply that order was delayed due to overseas shipment, port/container delays, over three months of emails, the company kept replying that more delays. Finally requested refund and was told refund was submitted. Never got refund back on credit card. Contacted company and they said they did refund manually and that I should check with my credit card company - obviously to write it off as a loss.

We purchased 6 chairs on September 17th for $1,699.13. Our order number was ORDER HG3299-9614. We were told there were port delays. I began to get suspicious and tired of waiting and on November 7th canceled our order. It is now December 9th and I have not received a refund. I have reached out numerous times. They now recognize my number and do not pick up.
