I ordered a knife as a gift for my wife from my son. This was July of last year. I recieved an email saying thank you for your order and that it was being processed. My order number is 844. I have tried to reach out to them at least 2 times if not 3. I have not heard a word about my order. This isn't a lot of money but the point of ordering something and no communication when I haven't received the product in almost a year. Completely unacceptable.
