2) HOMELANDSHOPS.COM WAREHOUSE personnel shipped me the WRONG product. (compression leggings of some kind)
3) For months, I have been trying and trying to get them to send me the CORRECT item. They continuously promised me that I would receive the first one off the manufacturing line and it would be shipped quickly AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT PRODUCT I ORDERED.
4) After more months, they promised me a 20% refund for making me wait so long. I still have NOT received this refund or the correct product.
5) Now I have completely given up and asked for my full refund and they tell me that the best they can offer me is a 60% refund. They also wanted me to ship back the wrong product they shipped me incorrectly, but I would have to pay for the shipping cost back to China.
6) It has now been 6 months since I ordered the product and I still don't have the product or my money. Everything about this company appears to be a sham and they just keep responding to my complaints to drag it out but with no real solution.
