Was purchasing a Maine c o o n from scammer and paid him 850. By Apple Pay and then sent to a carrier to deliver the cat, and they wanted 1,050.00 for insurance on the cat. So I paid that and they wanted 1699.00 for a certificate for transporting the cat to California, I would not pay that because California does not register a certificate to transfer. I have got I touch with him, and they said I don’t get the cat until I pay the 1,699.00. I know I won’t get my money back, but I want him and the carrier stopped.
