Type of a scam Online Purchase
When my tracking info finally worked, which took almost 3 weeks, I seen they were coming from China.
When I finally received my order, the pants were nothing like the picture and I would never wear them. I contacted them the same day about returning them. That was on September 1.
It is now September 11 and they will not take them back. They have said things like they may not be able to resell them, shipping would be too expensive, and have offered me a $5 and $10 gift card. And now a $12 refund.
On the website it says they have a no hassle return policy but this has been nothing but a hassle.
I recently went on their business Facebook page (they have 2) and have seen others who either never received their product or who also received something not like the picture and can’t get their money back.
