Pearson Review is a testing center. On the day of my test I went to the center and was told the power was out. They told me I could reschedule online. I left and tried to reschedule online but was marked as a no show. When I called the company they told me I could pay again and reschedule. This seems illegal. And I’m wondering how many people they did this to.
