I googled an item I wanted to purchase, it came up homerepellent.com with reviews. I ordered the item through their payment system after pay, who I did file an online dispute with which I never got a response. I had to cancel my credit card. I never got the time and never got a response from the company, they texted me confirmation of the order and when I sent a text back asking for update it came back with a link that does not work. When I tried to pull back up with their web address, it is no longer there.

Home repellent.com seems to be a legit website for a variety of products that are sold at discount. It’s a retail store but acting as a wholesales. An item I was looking for was at around 30% from other stores. I paid using after pay system and got a confirmation from shop.com platform that the item was placed. After a week I looked at the afterpay system and see that the transaction was made through redbearoutfitters.com . I reached out to home repellent and redourfitters. Home repellent said that everything was fine and that the item tracking information was going to be given soon . And red outfitters didn’t recognize the order and payment. I asked to cancel the transaction and didn’t hear back from them since. I reached out to afterpay to stop everything and we they can’t connect t the seller event thought they paid the seller already the full amount. I filed a claim with the credit card I used In the process. It’s under investigation.

I attempted to purchase an espresso machine online. I am suspicious of the company since the mailing address listed on website does not exist and the phone number is foreign and no one picks up. They have a complicated installment system for payment. I disputed the charge on my credit card.
