My mom received in the mail an Important Notice with an Immediate Response Requested about her property's home warranty that supposedly may be expiring or may have already expired. She is 84yrs old and her memory is not that good so she thought this was from her legitimate warranty company. She signed up and paid $959.88 for a year on their warranty, not remembering that she already had a warranty with a different company. I immediately brought to her attention that she already has a warranty and doesn't need theirs. She called and canceled the contract but they had already withdrawn the money from her bank account. When they were informed that she wanted to cancel the contract they told her that they would refund $700 to her via check in the mail by 16 October 2024. Said check has still not arrived and when we contacted them today, 30 October, they said they would get a check in the mail again and that if we haven't received it by 16 November to call them back. I can't find a ScamPulse.com grade on this company.
