They have elementary contracts. The are practicing real estate without a license and play games with the people they work with. There are also multiple scam job listings they have put up in hopes to bring innocent people into their wholesale real estate scheme. BEWARE

Predatory Business Practices, DO NOT USE. These guys are hucksters at the highest level. I've dealt with out of state investors from the west coast and the northeast but these guys from South Carolina are by far the worst. After signing the contract to purchase my house I agreed to meet Mark Porter at my house so he could inspect it before purchase. Instead of doing that, Mark instead posted my house on his Facebook and advertised an open house. tricked me into hosting an open house for him to sell my house. After that I had my attorney contact him because he would not return my calls or texts. These guys are young dumb and full of it, they have a LOT to learn. DON'T USE, I can't be the only one. So they took half a day from me to host their open house and one week of my house being off the market for their games. I've reached out many times to them with no response. BAD BUSINESS Hopefully the South Carolina Attorney General can help.
