"By proceeding in our interview process you are stating that you understand and agree to ALL of the following conditions of the available opening with HOMESoft Systems:
1. The Residential Sales Consultant position is a 1099 independent contract position with a guaranteed contract base pay rate of $5,000 per month ($60k/yr) in addition to commissions and incentives paid out based on sales performance.
2. You acknowledge that as collateral for equipment, tools, marketing collateral, etc. you will be required to furnish a deposit of $2,950.00 if offered a territory with HOMESoft Systems. Furthermore you agree that this deposit must be paid up front upon acceptance of the offer and CANNOT be paid for through future earnings which would defeat the purpose of the deposit by definition. There are no exceptions made regarding our deposit requirements and by moving forward you are stating that you readily have access to the funds necessary to submit the deposit in full upon acceptance of an offer to work with HOMESoft Systems as a Residential Sales Consultant. I looked up the website and it looks very suspicious because after every sentence it has a question mark. Also i looked up reviews and could not find any, nor could i get in touch with any sales reps..
Its sad to think that there is people out there asking for money up front from people that are obviously looking for better income, hence the reason why they are looking for a new job.
